Welcome to Natchez High Freshman Academy!

Natchez High School became a pilot school for the Mississippi Department of Education ​academy model. The goal is to create smaller learning communities that will help build ​stronger professional relationships amongst teachers and students. NHS will focus its ​attention on three (3) major academies: CAB (Communications, Arts, & Business), ​Health & Human Science, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, ​Mathematics). Freshman students will take required core courses and choose an ​academy by the end of their freshman year. NHS and the Natchez-Adams School ​District are committed to producing life long learners who can lead in a global society as ​confident, competent, and productive citizens.
